These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

We try to ensure that the information shown on www.apollo2000.co.uk & www.apollo2000.com is as accurate as possible. Apollo 2000 cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All goods remain the property of Apollo 2000 until full payment is received.

Our Contract

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). The first of three emails will be sent to you when we start to process your order. Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order

You will be sent a second email to confirm that payment has either been accepted or if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason we may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit one of our stores. Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on this site.

Assuming payment has been accepted you will then receive a telephone call from your local store to arrange delivery (within 2 working hours*). You will then receive the third and final email which will which will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you.

*Please note: Branch working hours - Monday to friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm (Sunday opening hours may differ per store - see Stroe Locator at the top left of this website)

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third e-mail, confirming delivery date and payment.

We recommend that you print and keep a copy of this page for future reference. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. service plan), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order (third e-mail). If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you visit one of our stores.

If you experience any problems after you have entered your personal details (agreed to the terms and conditions of sale) and clicked to continue through to the SECpay secure payment gateway, we may contact you by phone to find out what issues you have encountered and in most cases provide solutions. This forms part of our commitment to providing you with the highest possible levels of customer service, rest assured your personal details WILL NOT be passed on to any third party companies.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

All orders are to UK mainland addresses only.

All prices quoted by www.apollo2000.co.uk, www.apollo2000.com are in £ Sterling.

Damage or Shortages

The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify Apollo 2000 by phone fax or email of any fault or damage.

Delivery

We will provide a specific delivery day wherever possible but we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods on the allocated day.

We offer delivery to selected postcodes within the UK; we are continually investing in our delivery service to increase our delivery area.

Where a pre arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods then the customer maybe liable to pay additional delivery changes for follow up/subsequent deliveries.    

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times agreed. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

 Order Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

We hope that you are happy with the goods you have purchased from Apollo 2000, however in the event that you decide you no longer require the goods, our Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy is as follows:

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a full refund.  You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel.

If you decide you do not require the goods, they may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them (at your own expense) for a full refund.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in a perfect condition.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return.

Instruction Manuals

We recommend that if you are experiencing problems with your purchase that you check out the instruction manual. Experience tells us that in many cases checking there can often solve what seems like a fault quickly and easily.

Faulty Goods and Guarantees 

**ALL PRODUCT GUARANTEES ONLY APPLY FOR DOMESTIC HOUSEHOLD USE**

All goods we supply are covered by a full years parts and labour guarantee. Extended warranties are available to purchase on-line and in store but if you have any queries please telephone your local branch for further details.

Whether we arrange collection or you return the goods at your own expense it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged for collection, Apollo 2000 will accept no responsibility for damage that occurs due to inadequate packaging.

IMPORTANT:   If Apollo 2000 incurs charges for servicing, call out charges or carriage for an item/s that is/are not found to be faulty then these costs will be charged to your credit card account.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
