About Apollo Service

 

For 40 years Apollo 2000 has been committed to offering quality service, from home delivery and installations to workshop repair of home electrical and kitchen appliances. 

 

We have 5 dedicated service centres based in the East of England and each centre has up to 8 engineers who repair on behalf of manufacturers and the general public. Over the years we have developed a great depth of knowledge and expertise and are now a leading service agent for many major home electrical and appliance manufacturers. We repair equipment on behalf of Bosch, Hotpoint-Indesit Group, Miele, Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Philips, Toshiba and many more. Our expertise ranges from LCD and plasma flat panel screens to laundry, refrigeration and cooking products and covers audio and home cinema equipment, DVD and hard drive recorders and satellite and aerial systems.

 

We aim to provide the service support that is often lacking from internet suppliers, supermarkets and other electrical retailers. By calling our central service telephone number or emailing us we will attempt to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. 

 

Product guarantee

All our products are supplied with a minimum of 12 months parts and labour guarantee, starting from the date of delivery.

 

In the event of a fault within the guarantee period

In event of a fault we recommend that you initially consult the instruction manual provided with your item. There is usually a 'Frequently Asked Questions' section which can often resolve what was thought to be a problem. 

 

If the fault persists and the product was purchased from one of our shops, please call our service centre for advice on 0844 412 4411. If the product was bought online, please call 08712 313121.

If this fault occurs within 28 days of purchase we will either arrange to collect the goods from you and exchange them, or if you would prefer, issue you with a full refund.

If the fault occurs after 28 days of purchase, but before the expiry of the guarantee, we will, at our discretion, either collect the item from your house for inspection and repair at our service centre within a reasonable time scale or we will instruct an engineer to inspect and repair the item in your home.

If we collect the item it is your responsibility to suitably pack it for transportation, as Apollo 2000 will not accept any liability for damage caused in transit by inadequate packaging.

 

Please note we reserve the right to pass any charges incurred by us for service or carriage for an item that is not faulty to you.

 

In the event of a fault outside the guarantee period:

 

If the fault occurs after the expiry of the manufacturer's or extended guarantee then we will offer you a chargeable repair service. We recommend that you consult the instruction book provided with your product and pay particular attention to the 'Frequently Asked Questions' in the back before contacting us. Portable items and LCD televisions will be collected and repaired in our workshops. It is your responsibility to suitably pack it for transportation, as Apollo 2000 will not accept any liability for damage caused in transit by inadequate packaging. For large kitchen appliances we will arrange for the repair to take place by the manufacturer in your home.
